Will replace the screen for free
The company issued a statement on this problem being faced by the users and said that the users whose phones are facing this problem should immediately visit the nearest service center. The display of his phone will be replaced for free. Users can either upgrade their device or get its display replaced. Even if the user’s phone is not under warranty, the display will be replaced for free. Select models of OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 9 series are facing this type of problem.
Even before this, the company had officially issued a statement on the problem with the motherboard of OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 10. The company had said that the matter is being investigated. The company understands the problem of the users due to the high repair cost of motherboard. Users should contact the nearest service center. The company will reduce the motherboard repairing cost so that the users are not burdened. However, users were not happy with this decision of the company.
