Advocate Mukul Rohatgi, appearing for Siddiqui, said that the complaint was filed in 2024, 8 years after the alleged incident. The actor will present himself for investigation. Siddiqui had approached the Supreme Court for anticipatory bail after the case was dismissed by the Kerala High Court earlier this month. Earlier, Kerala Police had issued a lookout notice against actor Siddiqui. The notice was issued to all district police chiefs of Kerala as well as police chiefs of all states.
