Savi continues to fight for justice in Isha’s accident case and decides to expose the truth about her husband Rajat too in order to cover-up Aashika for her mistake. What Savi doesn’t know is that there is a deeper truth hidden behind Rajat’s actions as he is protecting his son Kiyan who is the real culprit behind Isha’s tragic accident due to reckless driving. Although Aashika initially claims guilt for tricking Rajat, she betrays Savi to protect her family.
Aashika will be defamed in court
The courtroom drama of ‘Gum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein’ takes a new turn when Jagga confronts Aashika and pressures her to recall her whereabouts on the day of the incident. Despite Kumar’s denial, Aashika claims that she was in a mall. When she was asked which mall it was, she told the name and said that she had gone to drop her clothes for dry cleaning, but found the shop closed. She mentions traveling around and coming back home. Jagga challenges him asking why he didn’t make the purchase and why he doesn’t have any proof. Aashika defended herself saying that she was only window shopping. When she was asked if she had gone to the food court, she hesitantly said yes, after which Jagga told that there is no food court in that mall. Because of this there is silence in the courtroom.
Rajat lied for his ex-wife
Meanwhile, Rajat’s stress increases. She is scared of Kiyan’s words and promises made to her. When Jagga accuses Aashika of lying and insists that the accident happened because of her, Rajat suddenly interrupts and says that she is not telling the truth. This revelation surprises everyone. The judge asks Rajat to testify, where Jagga warns him about the consequences of lying in court. Rajat reveals that Aashika was not in the mall but was with him.
Rajat cheated Savi
Jagga responds after listening to Rajat, questioning whether his feelings for Aashika are influencing his decisions or whether he is trying to protect her. Rajat denies all these things and says that he is telling the truth. Jagga steps forward and asks for the exact location, but before he can answer, Savi intervenes. She requests to consult her lawyer and urges Jagga not to question Rajat on this matter right now. Despite Jagga’s protests, Savi remains adamant and the judge decides to adjourn the proceedings for the day, leaving the court in suspense as to what will be revealed next.
