IND vs AUS: The Indian team is on Australia tour and is busy playing the Border-Gavaskar series. After winning the first Test in Perth, Team India has got the support of captain Rohit Sharma and now Team India is losing to Australia in the second Test match being played in Adelaide. The match has started in Adelaide today i.e. from 6th December in which the first day was in the name of the host Australian team. In front of Australia’s lethal bowling, the Indian innings collapsed for just 180 runs. For Australia, Mitchell Starc did a great feat by taking maximum 6 wickets. For the first time, Starc took 5 or more wickets in a Test against India. Starc gave the best performance of his Test career by dismissing 6 Indian batsmen for 48 runs. Australia got off to a great start in reply to India’s 180 runs. By the end of the first day’s play, Australia had put 86 runs on the scoreboard for 1 wicket. Now the second day’s game will be very important for both the teams.

Second day’s game will be important

The first Test match of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25 was played in Perth which was over within 4 days. The match on all four days started at 5.30 pm Indian time. The second test match being played in Adelaide is the Pink Ball Test i.e. Day-Night Test. In such a situation, the Adelaide Test started later on the first day than the Perth Test. The toss took place at 9 am Indian time in Adelaide, while the game started half an hour later i.e. at 12:30. Now the fans’ eyes are on the second day’s play. Many fans would have been deprived of watching the entire game of the first day of this day-night test match because today was Friday but the next 2 days are weekends i.e. Saturday and Sunday are holidays. In such a situation, the fans will not want to miss the game of the second and third day under any circumstances. In view of the weekend, fans must have been keeping an eye on the TV screen since morning. Now the question arises that at what time will the second day’s play start?

Weekend fun will be double

Like the first day in the Adelaide Test, the second day’s play will also start at 9.30 am Indian time. That means fans will be able to enjoy the second and third day’s play after getting enough sleep over the weekend. In this match, the start time of the game will remain the same on all five days. However, fans will once again have to sacrifice their sleep in the next 3 test matches. In the last three matches of the series, play will start after 5 am and before 6 am on all days.
