Bijnor: Recently there were reports of kidnapping of standup comedian Sunil Pal. After this, now the case of kidnapping of film artist Mushtaq Khan has also come to light. In this case, Bijnor police has registered a case against the kidnappers. Film artist Mushtaq Khan was kidnapped on November 20 from the Delhi-Meerut highway. He was coming to an event program in Meerut when he was kidnapped from a cab. In the complaint given to the police, it has been reported that after the kidnapping, money was forcibly withdrawn from the artist’s mobile phone. A case has been registered on the complaint of event manager Shivam Yadav. Police have registered a case for kidnapping, taking hostage, demanding ransom and threatening to kill.
Event manager lodged complaint
Actually, Bijnor police station Kotwali city police has registered a case on the complaint of actor Mushtaq Khan’s event manager. According to the police, actor Mushtaq Khan was invited by a person named Rahul Saini, a resident of Meerut, to an event to honor senior people. For this he had given Rs 50 thousand in advance to artist Mushtaq. On November 20, artist Mushtaq Khan reached Delhi by flight from Mumbai. Here Mushtaq Khan was kidnapped on the highway while coming to Meerut from Delhi Airport.

After the kidnapping, the kidnappers demanded ransom from him and forcibly collected money from the artist by taking him to Bijnor. The actor’s manager Shivam Yadav reached Bijnor today and lodged a complaint of kidnapping at the city Kotwali police station. Considering Bijnor as the scene of the incident, the police have registered a case of kidnapping and ransom on the complaint of Shivam Yadav.
