Putin said that we are also ready to set up our manufacturing site in India. According to the Commerce Ministry, the Russian President said that the Prime Minister of India and the Government of India are creating stable conditions and this is because the Indian leadership is adopting the policy of Come India First and we believe that investment in India is profitable. He recognized India’s successful creation of a stable environment conducive to growth and explained how these policies have aided India’s progress.
Putin highlighted how the Make in India initiative has strengthened India’s global economic position by expanding manufacturing and attracting foreign investment. His comments emphasized India’s economic achievements under PM Modi’s administration. He particularly noted the government’s success in establishing favorable conditions for small and medium-sized enterprises. According to a Reuters report, Russian oil producer Rosneft recently invested $20 billion in India.
