Actress Madhuri Dixit, famous as Bollywood’s Dhak-Dhak girl, has put her apartment located in Andheri West in Mumbai on rent. Madhuri has rented this apartment to Karamtara Engineering Private Limited for Rs 3 lakh per month for two years. According to the news of Hindustan Times, this came to light after Zapkey accessed the document. The leave and license document registered on November 13 revealed that there is a building known as Morya Landmark II in Andheri West.
Have also taken security deposit of Rs 9 lakh
According to the news, after 12 months the rent will increase to Rs 3.15 lakh per month. Karamtara Engineering Private Limited has also given a security deposit of Rs 9 lakh to Madhuri Dixit for this. Bollywood actors or actresses have been in the news for buying and renting commercial and residential properties in the Mumbai real estate market, which is one of the most expensive real estate markets in the country.
Madhuri had bought an apartment worth Rs 48 crores
The report also states that Madhuri Dixit had earlier purchased an apartment worth Rs 48 crore in the upscale Lower Parel area of Mumbai. This property, located in Indiabulls Blue Project, was registered on September 28, 2022. The apartment, located on the 53rd floor, has an area of 5,384 square feet. Media reports also said that in the year 2021, Madhuri had taken a house on rent for ₹ 12.5 lakh per month for three years in Indiabulls Blue Building located in Worli, Mumbai.
Shahid Kapoor has also put up an apartment
According to reports, last month i.e. in November, Shahid Kapoor and wife Mira Kapoor have put their luxurious apartment in Mumbai’s Worli area on rent for Rs 20 lakh per month for five years. This apartment is located in Oberoi Realty’s project named Three Sixty West. The size of this property is 5,395 square feet. According to the news, this apartment has been put on rent with three car parking.
