ID card of the constable who committed suicide
A Bengaluru Police constable has committed suicide. The dead body of the soldier was found on the side of the railway tracks. The deceased was part of the Bengaluru City Police and was posted at Bengaluru Le Hulimavu police station. Head constable Tippanna Alugur, 33, has committed suicide at Byapanahalli police station limits. The body of the policeman was found on the railway track near Byappanahalli. The head constable has also left a suicide note, in which he has blamed his wife and father-in-law for the death.
Police have registered a case under section 108 of the Indian Judicial Code and have started investigating the matter. Bengaluru Police is already investigating a similar case in which Atul Subhash, an engineer from Jaunpur, committed suicide in Bengaluru and in a multi-page suicide note had blamed his wife, her family members and a judge for his death.
What happened in the case of Atul Subhash?
Bengaluru Police came to Jaunpur in Uttar Pradesh for investigation. Here his wife lives with her family. However, when the police reached there no one was found. In such a situation, Bengaluru Police has pasted a notice in the house and asked him to appear within three days. If the accused wife and her family members remain absconding, the police can also take attachment action. According to Police Circle Officer, City, Ayush Srivastava, Bengaluru Police issued a notice stating that “Nikita Singhania will appear before the investigating officer at Marathahalli police station in Bengaluru within three days for questioning regarding the circumstances surrounding the death of her husband Atul Subhash.” Please appear.”
Nikita’s family members did not receive notice
The notice is addressed only to Nikita. It did not mention other accused family members including his mother Nisha Singhania, uncle Sushil Singhania and brother Anurag Singhania. The names of these people are in the FIR. At the time of pasting the notice, the main door of the house was closed and no family member was present. The address mentioned on the notice was Nikita’s house.
