The new BS-VI emission norms are going to be implemented in the country from 1 April 2020. In view of this, car and two-wheeler companies are busy taking stock of BS-IV models. For this, customers are being lured by offering offers. Hero Motocorp has also launched one such offer, under which the company is offering an opportunity to save up to Rs 13000 on BS-IV models of select scooters.
Hero scooters on which this offer is valid include Maestro Edge 125, Maestro Edge 110, Destiny 125, Pleasure and Pleasure +. Savings up to Rs 13000 include a cash benefit of up to Rs 5000. The company says that the BS-VI model of these scooters will be up to Rs 8000 more expensive than the BS-IV model. That is, by purchasing the BS-IV model right now, there will be a savings of up to 8000 rupees. Hero MotoCorp is also offering to buy scooters on EMI. The down payment for this starts at Rs 1234.
Not valid in 5 states
This offer of Hero MotoCorp is valid till 31 March 2020 or till the completion of BS-IV stock. Cash benefit up to Rs 5000 will be available on all other Hero Scooters except Duet. According to the information available on the company’s website, the offer cannot be availed in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
