But this time the father-son duo has bought not just one or two but 10 apartments at once. Amitabh-Abhishek have bought 10 apartments in Mulund, Mumbai. The total price of all these 10 apartments is said to be around Rs 24.95 crore. Information about this latest deal has been obtained from property registration documents through Square Yards.
All apartments have been purchased in Oberoi Realty’s Eternia project.
Property registration documents reveal that Amitabh and Abhishek have purchased 10 apartments in Oberoi Realty’s project Oberoi Eternia. Ready-to-move 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments are available in Oberoi Eternia Project. According to the documents, all these 10 flats purchased by the Bachchan family are spread over 10,216 square feet. Bachchan family has also purchased 20 car parking spaces along with 10 flats.
Registration of all the flats was done on October 9, 2024
According to the documents, the carpet area of 8 out of 10 flats is 1049 square feet while the carpet area of the remaining 2 apartments is 912 square feet. The father-son duo has paid stamp duty of Rs 1.50 crore and registration fee of Rs 3 lakh for 10 flats. According to the documents, the registration of all these flats was done on October 9, 2024.
Amitabh and Abhishek have invested Rs 200 crore since 2020
According to Square Yards, 6 out of these 10 flats have been purchased by Abhishek Bachchan, which is worth Rs 14.77 crore. While his father Amitabh Bachchan has bought 4 flats. According to Square Yards, Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan have invested a total of Rs 200 crore in real estate between 2020 and 2024.
