There was a rise in the price of gold again on Friday. An upward trend was observed in gold prices due to festival demand, geopolitical tension and other reasons. The shine of precious metals is continuously increasing. According to goodreturns, the price of 24 carat gold in India increased by Rs 110 to ₹ 77,560 per 10 grams on October 4 compared to the previous session. Similarly, the price of 22 carat gold also became costlier by Rs 100 compared to the previous session and was trading at ₹ 71,100 per 10 grams. Similarly, the price of 18 carat gold rose by Rs 80 to ₹ 58,170 per 10 grams. No change is being seen in the price of silver today. Silver is trading at its previous level i.e. ₹ 95,000 per kg.

On Friday, the futures price of gold for December 5 on Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) was seen up by 0.17% at ₹76,370 per 10 grams at 10.16 am. Similarly, silver futures for December 5 were trading at ₹93,249 per kg, up 0.29%.
Gold price increased by Rs 1100 in 10 days
According to goodreturns, the price of gold in India has increased by Rs 1100 per 10 grams in the last 10 days. Earlier on September 24, 2024, the price of 22 carat gold was Rs 70,000 per 10 grams, which has reached Rs 71,100 per 10 grams today.
