Royal Enfield Govan Classic 350

Royal Enfield, After launching the Bear 650 and unveiling the Classic 650, Govan is set to launch the Classic 350 on November 23. The new Royal Enfield Govan Classic 350 will be the company’s fifth 350cc motorcycle to be powered by the new J-series engine. Royal Enfield Govan Classic 350 is a bobber bike, which is based on the company’s best-selling model Classic 350. Royal Enfield Govan Classic 350 will be based on the Classic 350 platform. The biggest change in this will be in the seating and handlebar.

Will look great in bobber look

The Royal Enfield Govan Classic 350 features a large ape-hanger style bar, while the seat is neatly recessed to give it a bobber look. The Govan Classic 350 will have the option of a pillion seat, which will likely be the same setup as the Shotgun 650. The motorcycle also has forward-set footpegs like the Meteor 350, as well as a round headlamp and a circular tail lamp.

Engine specifications and other details

The Royal Enfield Govan Classic 350 will be powered by the J-series engine, which is used in the Classic 350, Meteor 350, Hunter 350 and Bullet 350. The 349cc single-cylinder engine produces 20bhp and 27Nm of torque, mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The engine is expected to remain in the same tune. One major difference between the Royal Enfield Goan Classic 350 and the rest of the 350 series will be its paint job. The Royal Enfield Govan Classic 350 is expected to be painted in bright colours. When launched later this month, the Royal Enfield Govan Classic 350 could be the most expensive offering in the 350cc range.
