The blog said that Samsung was also the main sponsor of the festive sales on Flipkart and Amazon, which gave it an additional boost. Tech Insights estimates that online sales accounted for 78 percent of total smartphone sales during the first phase of festive sales. With the beginning of Navratri, offline sales also gained momentum.

Huge demand for iPhone 15 and iPhone 13 models

It was surprising that in this festive sale, the giant company Apple was in second place with 16 percent market share. Sales of iPhone 15 and iPhone 13 models had a major contribution in this. Oppo Group (Oppo and OnePlus), Xiaomi and Realme were among the top five smartphone vendors in terms of numbers in the first phase of the festive season.
