But in the end, BSE Sensex closed at 77,578.38 points with a gain of 239.37 points and Nifty 50 also closed at 23,518.50 points with a gain of only 64.70 points.

Today, shares of 17 out of 30 Sensex companies closed in the green with a rise and shares of 13 companies closed in the red with a fall. On the other hand, shares of 23 out of 50 companies of Nifty 50 closed in the green with gains and shares of the remaining 27 companies closed in the red with losses. Among the Sensex companies, shares of Mahindra & Mahindra closed today with the maximum gain of 3.07 percent, while shares of Reliance Industries closed with the maximum fall of 1.83 percent.
Shares of these companies also closed in the green.
Tech Mahindra shares 1.90 percent, HDFC Bank 1.82 percent, Titan 1.58 percent, Sun Pharma 1.46 percent, Tata Motors 1.34 percent, UltraTech Cement 1.07 percent, PowerGrid 0.77 percent, Infosys 0.66 percent, Adani Ports 0.59 percent, Axis Bank 0.51 percent, TCS 0.49. percent, Shares of Nestle India closed with gains of 0.12 per cent, NTPC 0.08 per cent, Bajaj Finance 0.05 per cent, Asian Paints 0.05 per cent and Kotak Mahindra Bank 0.01 per cent.

Apart from these, shares of State Bank of India 1.43 percent, Bajaj Finserv 1.21 percent, Maruti Suzuki 1.20 percent, Tata Steel 1.17 percent, Bharti Airtel 0.98 percent, Larsen & Toubro 0.97 percent, ICICI Bank 0.73 percent, Hindustan Unilever 0.64 percent, HCL Tech 0.44 percent. , JSW Steel 0.39 percent, Shares of IndusInd Bank closed 0.28 percent and ITC fell 0.02 percent.
