Real Estate Amid tremendous housing demand, the company Wave Group has planned to build around 9000 flats in the 4,200-acre township ‘Wave City’ in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, adjacent to Delhi. Wave Group said in a statement that the company plans to offer around 70 lakh square feet area in premium and affordable group housing category in Wave City in the current financial year 2024-25 ending March 2025. However, Wave Group has not given any information about the investment to be made for this project and the possible prices.
Prices of previously sold flats have increased by up to 30%
Wave City Managing Director Rajeev Gupta said, “We will build 8000 to 9000 flats in an area of 70 lakh square feet. In the last 12 months, the demand of buyers for premium flats in the township Wave City has increased rapidly. In view of the demand, the prices of already sold flats have increased by about 30 percent during this period.”
