Company will invest Rs 125 crore in Ghaziabad
Real estate company Prateek Group will develop an affordable housing project in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, adjacent to Delhi, with an investment of Rs 125 crore. The company said in a statement on Friday that this housing society will be built only for the economically weaker (EWS) and low income group (LIG) people under the township project of the Uttar Pradesh government in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad.
Prices will start from Rs 5.35 lakh
The company said that the price of flats for EWS will be only Rs 5.35 lakh while the price of flats meant for low income group families will start from Rs 12.58 lakh. This project is part of Prateek Grand City Township spread over 40 acres in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad.
Registration will be possible from 3rd October to 18th November
Prateek Tiwari, Managing Director, Prateek Group, said, “Prateek Aurelia project has been designed to meet the housing demand of LIG and EWS families. In line with the Township Policy of the Uttar Pradesh Government, we are committed to providing a better home and living experience. The company said that registration for booking will be open from October 3 to November 18 i.e. for 45 days. This project is expected to be completed in two years.
