She welcomed her daughter with her husband Ranveer Singh only last month, after which the couple has been in the limelight for their first child. The actress is in the news these days because of her social media posts. Meanwhile, after becoming a mother, Deepika has talked about some challenges which she is facing every day. She also told how due to burnout she is not able to do anything new or of her own choice.

Deepika recently made revelations about her health while talking openly to Arianna Huffington during the Live Love Laugh Foundation lecture series organized for World Mental Health Day 2024. The video of their conversation has been shared on social media and YouTube by The Quint and The Print. In the video, Ariana talks about burnout and then Deepika shares her experiences of dealing with it. She told that after becoming a mother she has to go through this and how she manages all this.
Deepika Padukone got upset
The actress said, ‘The decisions you take when you don’t get enough sleep or are burnt out. Sometimes we have a lot of difficulty in accepting it. I know what happens when I feel stressed or burned out. Since becoming a mother, I have been so busy taking care of my child that I don’t even get time to rest or sleep. Because of this, I now have to think a lot before taking any decision and I start thinking about various things. This is also affecting my mental and physical health. I am very troubled due to burnout and a new mother can feel this.
Pain of a new mother- Deepika
During the conversation, Deepika talked about how people often harbor negative emotions, especially criticism, and keep thinking about it. After becoming a mother, Deepika Padukone made another revelation. He further said, ‘Pain, anger and some of these emotions which can only be felt, but nothing can happen at that time. In such a situation, when you get angry about something, think about your child and remain patient. Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh welcomed their daughter on September 8.
