A new update has come out regarding Raj Kundra’s money laundering case. On the morning of 29th November, ED raided Raj Kundra’s house, after which he has been in the news. Let us tell you that the raid which started at 6 am is still going on. This raid is being conducted in a case related to money laundering. Raj Kundra’s house and other locations are also being searched. Not only this, the investigation agency is still investigating 15 locations including several locations in Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra. Meanwhile, now Shilpa Shetty’s lawyer Prashant Patil has said that the actress’s name should not be dragged into this case.
Shilpa Shetty’s lawyer’s statement
Prashant Patil said in his statement, ‘There have been reports in the media that my client Mrs. Shilpa Shetty Kundra has been raided by the Enforcement Directorate. These are not true. As per my knowledge, there has been no raid by Enforcement Directorate on Smt. Shilpa Shetty Kundra as she has nothing to do with any kind of crime. He has no connection with this matter. However, investigation is going on against Mr. Raj Kundra in this case and he is cooperating in the investigation to bring out the truth. We request you not to use Shilpa Shetty’s name, picture or video in this matter.

In the year 2017, an investment company named Gain Bitcoin was launched. People were made to invest in this company to mine Bitcoin. In return for which people were promised a heavy return of 10 percent. People invested a lot of money in this Ponzi scheme. But after just one year in 2018, this company was exposed. When people’s money started losing money, complaints were registered. After this, in 2018 and 2019, Maharashtra Police started investigating this case. When this matter reached ED, many people including Amit Bhardwaj were arrested. Meanwhile, 285 bitcoins were sent to Raj Kundra from the account of Amit Bhardwaj, the mastermind of this scam. After which Raj Kundra’s name also got involved in this case. The value of these bitcoins is said to be Rs 150 crore. Now in this case, ED has raided Raj Kundra’s house.
