Nagarjuna stuck in legal trouble.
A complaint has been filed at Madhapur Police Station against famous South Cinema actor Nagarjuna Akkineni alleging financial misconduct related to N Convention Center in Hyderabad. Bhaskar Reddy had filed the complaint on Thursday evening. According to Madhapur Circle Inspector Krishna Mohan, the complaint claims that Nagarjuna has taken undue advantage from the venue, with Reddy demanding that the money be recovered from the South Superstar and returned to the government.
What is the matter?
This complaint has been lodged against the South Superstar at Madhapur Police Station in Hyderabad following the recent encroachment of N Convention Centre. In August, Nagarjuna defended the legality of the land on which the N Convention Center was built, saying it was recorded as patta land. He stressed that there was no encroachment and referred to a judgment of the Special Court of Andhra Pradesh Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, which had ruled against claims of land encroachment at Tummidikunta Lake.

In a post on X, Nagarjuna expressed his concern over the current situation. He wrote in his post- “Dear fans and well-wishers, news about celebrities can often be exaggerated and speculated for effect. I would like to reiterate that the ground on which N Convention was built That lease document is land, not even one percent of the land has been encroached upon.

In his post, Nagarjuna further wrote – ‘The special court of AP Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, while passing order number 3943/2011 on 24-02-2014, said that there has been no encroachment in Tummidikunta lake. Now the formal argument has been presented before the Honorable High Court. I will follow the laws and decisions of the country. Till then, I sincerely request you not to indulge in speculations, rumors of any kind, misrepresentation and misrepresentation of facts.
Demolition begins in N convention center
Madhapur Deputy Commissioner of Police said, HYDRA officials have started demolishing the convention hall this morning and we have deployed police force to ensure that all the demolition takes place smoothly.
