things said in the complaint

The complainant had said in his complaint that a case has been registered for presenting obscene scenes by minor artists in the sequel of Balaji Telefilms’ web series ‘Gandii Baat’. He says that his religious sentiments have been hurt by the series. In the FIR lodged, it was said that objection has been raised to the production of bold content in the series for children of class 11th and 12th, whose age is usually 16 or 17 years. However, the complaint lodged by the complainant is in very technical terms as the age of the acting artistes may be very high.
