Pushpa 2 creates havoc in advance booking
According to Sacknilk, the film has sold over 2 million tickets in India on its opening day. Not only this, the net collection from this advance ticket sale has reached Rs 77.2 crore even before the release of the film, while there is still one full day left for its release. Pushpa 2 is releasing on 28,447 screens in India, with the Hindi version making a major contribution. Of these 2 million tickets sold, almost half are from the original Telugu version. The net collection from advance ticket sales in India currently stands at Rs 62.22 crore. Pushpa 2: The Rule will release on the big screens on December 5.
Pushpa 2 was scheduled to release on 6 December
Pushpa 2: The Rule was earlier scheduled to release on December 6. However, the makers postponed its release date by a day and it is now releasing on Thursday, December 5. The film is expected to do well at the box office as no other film is being released along with it. This film is being released in theaters this weekend. Earlier, Vicky Kaushal-starrer ‘Chhaava’ was scheduled to release on December 5, but its makers postponed the film to February to avoid a box office clash.
