CTRL – Netflix India
CTRL is a cyber-thriller, in which Ananya Pandey and Vihaan Samat are seen together. In this new OTT series, Ananya plays the character of Nela Awasthi and Vihaan plays the character of Mascarenhas who cheats Nela and she takes the help of an Artificial Intelligence to remove him from her life, but when everything goes out of control. When one goes, one sees a frightening turn. The film is directed by Vikramaditya Motwane. CTRL releases on Netflix India on October 4.
The Signature – ZEE5
‘The Signature’ is the story of an elderly man whose life takes a tragic turn when his wife becomes seriously ill and has to be admitted to hospital. As his condition worsens. He faces many challenges while trying to save his wife. Despite his growing despair, he finds support from an old college friend who helps him overcome his difficulties. Directed by Gajendra Ahire, this film stars Anupam Kher, Mahima Chaudhary, Ranveer Shorey, Annu Kapoor, Manoj Joshi and Neena Kulkarni. ‘The Signature’ can be seen on ZEE5 on 4th October.
Manawat Murders – Sony Liv
Marathi crime-thriller series ‘Manavt Murders’ is directed by Ashish Avinash Bende and written by Girish Joshi. The show is an adaptation of Ramakant S Kulkarni’s book ‘Footprints on the Sand of Crime’. Ashutosh Gowarikar, Sai Tamhankar, Makarand Anaspure and Sonali Kulkarni are in lead roles in this series. ‘Manawat Murders’ is released on Sony Liv on 4th October.

Vijay played two characters in the Tamil action-thriller superhit film ‘The Goat aka The Greatest of All Time’. This is considered to be Vijay’s last film before entering politics. The film is based on a former anti-terrorist squad leader who, along with his squad members, solves the problems that stemmed from his past actions. Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Mohan, Jayaram, Sneha, Laila, Ajmal Ameer, Meenakshi Choudhary, Parvati Nair, Vaibhav, Yogi Babu and Yugendran also appeared in the film. ‘The Goat’ released on Netflix India on October 3.
