According to the report, this AI granny Daisy is part of the “Swerve the Scammers” campaign of O2 Telecom Company. Telecom operators have prepared this to curb fake calls. AI Grandma is not like a common chatbot, but it has more intelligence than them. Like humans, it first listens, then thinks and understands. After this she responds to the call. Because of this type of response given by AI, scammers feel that they are talking to a human being.

To create this AI granny, O2 took help from Jim Browning, a famous fraudster on YouTube, who taught Daisy several tricks to deal with fraudsters. According to a research report, 7 out of 10 people in Britain want to take revenge from scammers. They also don’t want to waste their time dealing with fake calls and fraudsters. This AI grandmother is going to help people a lot in this matter.
