OnePlus Project Starlight
OnePlus has announced its new project Starlight in India. The Chinese company is going to invest Rs 6,000 crore in the country under this new project. In the next three years, OnePlus will work for the customer service and durability of its devices through this investment. Recently, the company had announced a repair program to solve the display problem in OnePlus phones. Under this program, OnePlus users can get the affected display of their phone repaired for free.
What is Project Starlight?
This project Starlight of OnePlus is to increase the company’s service centers in India. The company is going to increase its service centers in India by 50 percent in the next three years. These service centers will be opened in India by the first quarter of 2026. However, the company has not shared any specific number of its newly opened service center. OnePlus has said that the company has increased the number of its service centers by 11 percent in 2024.
Apart from this, the Chinese company is also going to improve the service experience of Indian users. For this, OnePlus users can take help from customer care through live chat, WhatsApp etc. Currently OnePlus has 40 exclusive and 33 authorized retail stores in India. Through this project Starlight, the company will try to provide better service to its users.
green line worry free solution
The company has also announced a new Green Line worry free solution for OnePlus users. Now OnePlus users will be offered lifetime warranty for the green line problem. If there is a problem of green line in any OnePlus phone, then users will be able to get it replaced for free.
The Chinese company is going to launch its flagship smartphone OnePlus 13 soon. For this phone, the company has announced to provide an additional protective layer on the AMOLED display. The company has announced to revamp its hardware testing for this. This will be the first phone to be launched in India with DisplayMate A++ screen.
