Countries that want to buy these aircraft. India is also fully prepared to provide them Tejas. But this is not possible unless there is cooperation from America regarding the engine. The Indian Air Force needs American company General Electric engines for its new Tejas fighter aircraft. But this American company has not supplied Tejas engines to India for the last two years. That means from this company to India Now Tejas engines have not been provided till now. This is why the Indian Air Force is facing delays.

There is a delay in the production of Tejas. Now upset, the Indian government has imposed a fine on General Electric. General Electric manufactures the F 404 IN20 engines for the Tejas MKTUA. According to a report in The Print, the Indian Air Force had placed a large-scale order for Tejas fighter aircraft to Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. Its delivery was to start in 2024. But now it is stuck. General Electric has not yet given the engines to LAL that will be installed in Tejas. Let us tell you that India does not manufacture the engines of fighter jets itself. Rather, for this he was buying engines from America. A deal was struck between the two regarding this. But till now i.e. it has not been delivered for two years.
