Gurupatwant Singh Pannu has citizenship of Canada as well as America. 56 year old Pannu’s family came to Amritsar from Pakistan in 1947 after partition. Gurupatwant Singh Pannu was born in Amritsar. He has a law degree from Punjab University. But he chose the path of doing illegal work against the country.
