NIA has announced a reward of Rs 10 lakh

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has recently announced a reward of Rs 10 lakh for anyone providing information that helps in the arrest of Anmol. Earlier this week, the US State Department had declined to comment on the possibility of deporting Anmol, saying the matter fell under the jurisdiction of the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI. US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller, in response to a question on Anmol’s possible deportation at a press conference on November 18, said, “Such a report should be commented on by the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI, not the State Department.” (Language)
