Syria’s rebel group ‘Jihadist Hayat Tahrir al-Sham’ group (HTS) chief Abu Mohammad al-Golani had said in an interview to ‘CNN’ from Syria that the purpose of the attack is to oust Assad’s government from power. Now there are possibilities of a coup in Syria. Meanwhile, Syrian Prime Minister Mohammad Ghazi Jalali has issued a video statement.

Do not damage public property

Syrian Prime Minister Mohammad Ghazi Jalali has said that he is ready to hand over the reins of governance to the opposition peacefully. “I am at my residence and have not gone anywhere, and this is because I love my country,” Jalali said. He said he would go to his office for work in the morning and urged Syrian citizens to clean public property. It is requested not to cause any harm.

Where is Bashar al-Assad?

Prime Minister Jalali did not react to reports of President Bashar al-Assad leaving the country. There has been no information from the UAE about where Assad is, Assad’s family has a lot of property in Dubai.
