Texas Plane Landed on Highway: A plane landed on the road instead of the runway in Texas, USA. The plane broke into two pieces as soon as it landed on the road. Four people have been injured in the accident. The plane also hit several cars while landing on the road. After this accident, the debris of the plane was seen scattered on the road. The incident occurred on Wednesday afternoon on the state highway in Victoria city of South Texas.

The injured were admitted to the hospital
Victoria Police Department Deputy Police Chief Aline Moya said, “We’re glad the situation didn’t get worse. This is not something we see every day. We’re glad people are OK.” The injured have been admitted to the hospital. The condition of three of them is stable, one person has suffered serious injuries.
Investigation into the accident started
According to Fox News report, it was a twin-engine Piper PA-31 aircraft. Only the pilot was in the plane at the time of the accident. The Victoria Police Department and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) have launched an investigation into the accident. The plane took off from Victoria Regional Airport at 9:52 a.m. on Wednesday and was in the air for about five hours before the crash.
