A Pakistani court has handed over a 14-page questionnaire to jailed former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in the 190 million pound settlement case. According to ‘The News’ international newspaper on Sunday, 79 questions related to the Al-Qadir Trust case have been asked in the questionnaire.

Islamabad. November: A Pakistani court has handed over a 14-page questionnaire to jailed former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in the £190 million settlement case. According to ‘The News’ international newspaper on Sunday, 79 questions related to the Al-Qadir Trust case have been asked in the questionnaire. The questionnaire was provided for the final statements of Khan and his wife, it was reported. It is alleged that Khan and his wife, while helping a real estate businessman, caused a loss of more than 190 million pounds to the country.

Khan’s lawyer Salman Safdar received the questionnaire in the presence of Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi at a previous hearing. The accused couple were directed to file their reply in the court on Monday. The Rawalpindi-based accountability court asked the founder of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party in a questionnaire whether he and his associates received illegal and dishonest transfers of 171.5 million pounds out of the 190 million pounds received for Pakistan’s development. Received other financial benefits including 57.25 acres of land.
