Jerusalem: Dozens of people have been killed in Israeli military attacks on central and northern Gaza and thousands are trapped in their homes due to the bombardment. Information about this has been given by Palestinian officials. More than 42 thousand people have lost their lives in the war that has been going on for a year. Gaza’s health ministry said it recovered 40 bodies from Jabaliya and 14 from the north from Sunday to Tuesday. The ministry said the death toll could be higher as many bodies were buried under debris and in inaccessible areas.
Hamas is guilty of civilian deaths
Meanwhile, Israeli military spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari said that Israeli forces were operating in Jabaliya to prevent Hamas from regrouping and that they had killed about 100 militants. He did not give any evidence in this regard. Israel says it only targets terrorists and that Hamas is guilty of civilian deaths.
