A person has been arrested in connection with several stabbing incidents in two days in Seattle, USA. Nine people have been injured in these incidents. Police said that five of these people were injured on Friday afternoon.
“This incident was clearly a series of attacks by an individual over a 38-hour period,” Deputy Police Chief Eric Barden said at the scene Friday. Police said witnesses described the suspect and officers located him. Took into custody from a nearby place.
A weapon has been recovered from the arrested person. Barden said police suspect that the man arrested in connection with Friday’s stabbing incident is also involved in at least four other stabbing incidents that occurred since early Thursday morning.
