Aam Aadmi Party has suffered a big setback before the Delhi Assembly elections. Former AAP councilor from Bankner Ram Narayan Bhardwaj along with his son Pradeep Bhardwaj joined BJP today in the presence of Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva and MP Yogendra Chandolia. Sachdeva said in a social media post that Bhardwaj was the AAP councilor in Bakaner ward of North Delhi Municipal Corporation during 2017-2022. During this time, hundreds of supporters of Ram Narayan Bhardwaj were also present.

On this occasion, Virendra Sachdeva included him in the party by wearing a patka and said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi works continuously for the development of the country due to which many people are getting influenced and joining BJP and today with Ram Narayan Bhardwaj joining BJP. BJP has become stronger than before in Outer Delhi and we are ready to contest the elections with strength in the upcoming assembly elections.

At the same time, Yogendra Chandauliya said that today Ram Narayan Bhardwaj ji has told me that Arvind Kejriwal has cheated not only the people of Delhi but also his own people and Ram Narayan Bhardwaj himself has become a victim of the same. He said that only Arvind Kejriwal rules the Aam Aadmi Party and there he has only the right to listen and not to speak. Arvind Kejriwal and his MLAs put pressure on serving the public. Therefore, today Bhardwaj, along with his son and hundreds of supporters, has unconditionally joined the Bharatiya Janata Party, believing in the policies of Narendra Modi ji. Now a very large section in Narela Assembly will strengthen the Bharatiya Janata Party.
