Hyderabad: South superstar Allu Arjun’s film ‘Pushpa 2- The Rule’ is making waves in theatres. In the world outside the screen, the crisis facing the people associated with this film has deepened. Recently, a stampede broke out during the screening of the film at Sandhya Theater in Hyderabad. A woman had died in this stampede. After the death of the woman, a case was registered against many people associated with the film. Today the police detained actor Allu Arjun in this case. After this, now the statement of the husband of the deceased woman has come.
Allu Arjun had expressed grief
Actually, after taking Allu Arjun into custody, the deceased woman’s husband Bhaskar said that ‘It is not Allu Arjun’s fault. I am ready to withdraw the case. Let us tell you that actor Allu Arjun’s film Pushpa 2 was released last week on 5th December in all the theaters across the country. This film is getting very good response from the audience also. Meanwhile, a woman also died due to a stampede during the premiere of Pushpa 2. After getting information about the woman’s death, actor Allu Arjun had also expressed grief over it. By releasing the video, he had also said that an assistance amount of Rs 25 lakh will be given to the victim’s family.
Case registered after woman’s death
Let us tell you that a case has also been registered against actor Allu Arjun and others in connection with the death of a woman due to suffocation in the stampede during the premiere show of ‘Pushpa 2- The Rule’. According to the police, the victim has been identified as 35-year-old Revathi. Along with the woman, her 13-year-old son also suffered from suffocation and is being treated in the hospital. Based on the complaint of the deceased’s family, a case has been registered under different sections of the BNS at Chikkadpally police station against the actor, his security team and the cinema hall management.
