Police on Monday arrested two youths accused of fatally attacking a criminal released from jail in Mangaluru near Talpadi village in Ullal police station area on Friday.
The police have also arrested another minor accused. Police said that on the evening of November 8, Mohammad Asif (33) was going from Mangaluru to Kerala with his family, when three accused attacked him with sharp weapons on National Highway-66 at Kesi Road-Uchila in Talpadi village and he was killed.
