Mumbai’s Esplanade Court had ordered an ossification test after Kashyap’s lawyer claimed he was a minor. Mumbai Police said, “His (Dharamraj Kashyap’s) lawyer had claimed that he is a minor. Test was conducted and it was confirmed that he is not a minor. He was produced in the court and the court sent him to police custody till October 21.” Has been sent.”
Earlier, Gurmail Singh, another accused in the Baba Siddiqui murder case, was sent to the custody of Mumbai Crime Branch till October 21. According to the police, the third shooter Shivkumar is currently absconding. Meanwhile, Mumbai Police on Sunday arrested another accused in the Baba Siddiqui murder case from Pune.
According to officials, the arrested accused has been identified as Praveen Lonkar (28), brother of Shubham Lonkar, who is involved in the conspiracy. Officials said he had allegedly involved Dharamraj Kashyap and Shivkumar Gautam in the conspiracy to murder Siddiqui.
