BJP is strongly attacking India Alliance and Congress regarding Muslim appeasement. BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad alleged that Congress and all its INDI alliance allies are running an agenda to appease Muslims and get their votes. He claimed that Jamiat-e-Ulema District Lohardaga, Chhota Nagpur has issued a decree that in view of the current situation in the country, the attitude of the central government towards Muslims and the way Muslims are being treated as infiltrators by taking NRC, UCC and Waqf law. Intimidation is being done, after consultation with Jamiat-e-Ulema, Jharkhand, Ulema appeals to the Muslims of District Lohardaga that Muslims should unite and vote in favor of Indi alliance.

The BJP leader said that this is the story of Jharkhand and Maharashtra. He said that this whole group is the same which had also opposed triple talaq. Even after so many years, the Congress party neither understands nor improves, but conspires to win the elections in the name of such elements. Prasad said that our Prime Minister says that if you remain united, you will be safe. Congress takes a dig at this and goes to the Election Commission. They have a problem with unity, but openly support the forces trying to break the country. This is the truth of Congress and INDI alliance.
He said that Congress is being wiped out. But still Congress is following the model of 1950. Where Congress was in 1986 in Shahbano episode, Congress is standing there today in 2024 also. The party MP said the BJP is very clear that the Congress party is conspiring with all the conservative, divisive elements of the Muslim community for the sake of votes as they are apprehensive of their imminent defeat. He said that PM Modi says ‘If we remain united, we will be safe’ and they (Congress) are making fun of it and knocking on the doors of the Election Commission. They have a problem with unity and are conspiring with forces who want to break the country.

BJP MP Nishikant Dubey said that Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind has done the same thing in Maharashtra which they are now trying to do in Jharkhand. People of Hindu community are not afraid of NRC. If Muslims are citizens of India then why are they afraid of NRC? This means that they are either infiltrators from Bangladesh, Pakistan or any other country. In Kerala, the Waqf Board claims the property of a church and in Karnataka, it claims the property of a monastery. They even say that Parliament also belongs to them. INDI alliance should answer whether this country will be run according to the Constitution or according to the Quran and Waqf Board. This is going to be one of the biggest issues in this election.
