Once when Deendayal Upadhyay requested Bhulaibhai to take food from his plate, Bhulaibhai hesitantly asked him, If you give me your food, what will you eat? Then the leader said that you eat, you want to live a long life. When Bharatiya Jana Sangh was established, Bhulaibhai was doing post-graduation. Later Bhulaibhai became an education officer.

BJP’s oldest worker Bhulai Bhai has passed away. He breathed his last at the age of 111. Shri Narayan alias Bhulai Bhai was the oldest member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Bhulai Bhai was 111 years old. Bhulaibhai became MLA from Naurangiya from Bharatiya Jana Sangh in 1974. At that time Naurangiya was in Deoria but after delimitation he has now moved to Kushinagar. When Bharatiya Janata Party was formed, Bhulaibhai became a BJP worker. Bhulaibhai entered politics under the influence of Deendayal Upadhyay.

In 1974, he decided to leave his job and enter politics to do something for the country and society. In the same year, Bharatiya Jana Sangh gave him ticket from Naurangiya assembly seat and he won the seat. Bhulaibhai again became MLA in 1977.
