Before the winter session of Parliament, the central government called an all-party meeting on Sunday. In this meeting, Congress has demanded discussion on the allegations of bribery against Adani Group. Apart from this, the party has also demanded discussion on Manipur issue, pollution in North India and railway accidents. Let us tell you, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju had called an all-party meeting, in which BJP President JP Nadda, Congress leaders Jairam Ramesh and Gaurav Gogoi apart from T Shiva, Harsimrat Kaur Badal and Anupriya Patel attended.

Congress leader Pramod Tiwari said that his party has requested the government to allow discussion in Parliament on the bribery allegations against Adani Group. He said, ‘Ahead of the winter session, Congress has urged the government that the US Justice Department in New York has taken cognizance of the fact that a big industrial house here is not only controlling the industry but is also controlling the government. Is. According to reports, Adani Group has paid bribes worth around Rs 2300 crore to ruling party leaders and officials for various industries related to solar energy.

The Rajya Sabha member further said that he has also demanded a discussion on issues like severe air pollution in North India, the situation in Manipur that is out of control and rail accidents in the Parliament meeting on Monday. He said, ‘We have asked to raise the issue of Manipur. Rapes, murders are taking place in Manipur and there is no law and order. There is unemployment in the country. All records have been broken. The issue of army withdrawal should be raised in Parliament. I am also concerned that the pollution situation in North India is becoming increasingly serious. Let us tell you, the winter session will start from Monday and continue till December 20. 16 bills including the Waqf Amendment Bill have been listed for this session.
