New Delhi: Rakesh Bishnoi, cousin of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, has made many revelations about Lawrence’s childhood. Rakesh has told that Lawrence has an uncle and aunt in his family and he has two sons, whose names are Lawrence and Anmol Bishnoi.
Lawrence was smart in studies in childhood
Rakesh told, ‘Lawrence Bishnoi was very smart in studies. He studied in the convent school here. After tenth class he went to Chandigarh. Here he stood in the university elections but lost. After this, politics started there and FIRs started increasing on it.
Rakesh said, ‘We come from that society, which sacrificed their lives to protect trees. Mine and Lawrence’s great grandfather, who also has a temple, has written literature for the Bishnoi community. We are from that family. It is very sad when the issue of gangsters comes up in the society.
He said, ‘Media cameras do not make anyone a criminal unless the court declares him a criminal.’ Lawrence Bishnoi is always kept in a separate high security jail. We don’t get permission to talk. Talks take place only through the lawyer and he says only one thing that I don’t know how so many cases were registered against me.
Rakesh told that seven-eight years ago, when he was brought out for a hearing, I had talked to him. He said that no one is listening to me. Neither is my statement seen. They are doing whatever they want.
Rakesh said that when a man is in a high security cell then how can he do all this. All this comes in the media. Either Lawrence knows about it or God. No one knows the truth yet. If he had used mobile in jail, we are his family, he would have talked to us first.
Came home 10-12 years ago
Rakesh told that when cases are filed against a person, the police also do the same thing and put everything on him. Similarly, names are being put on it. No one knows what the truth is. He had come home ten-twelve years ago on bail, but the police was harassing him again and again. He felt that he might encounter her, then he stopped coming home.
Rakesh told that Anmol Bishnoi was studying, the punishment he got was for being Lawrence’s brother. After that there was a case against him, then he got bail and he came home. But just as it happened with Lawrence that he was repeatedly harassed by the police, the same thing started happening with him. Just as Lawrence Bishnoi felt, Anmol also felt that he too would not be spared. After that he also left the house and did not come back again.
Rakesh told that our village is not backward. When there were no schools around here, there was a government school in our village. Educated girls of that time became doctors.
