Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva has said that it is unfortunate that despite the clear order of Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena, Chief Minister Atishi Marlena Sarkar has extended the duty of Civil Defense Volunteers who used to work as bus marshals from November 1 till October 2023. But he was not reinstated and today he has not fulfilled the promise of giving duty from 11th November.
Sachdeva has said that today when the information about the press conference of Chief Minister Suatishi Marlena and Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj came, we felt that as per its promise, the government will give 4 months duty to the volunteers from today and also will form a committee to regularize them. Will announce but it is sad that even today the Chief Minister did not give duty to the Civil Defense Volunteers but only made political allegations.

Atishi Marlena, who has shown the dream of appointment as bus marshal to the volunteers, has kept them unemployed for the last 11 days despite the appointment order of the Lieutenant Governor. Delhi BJP demands that the Atishi Marlena government should talk to the volunteers and first give them temporary appointment and then immediately file the file for permanent appointment.
