Delhi blast Police registered FIR in the matter, also sought information from Telegram
An FIR has been registered in the case, which reads, “…holes are evident in the boundary wall of the school due to the blast. Besides, the window panes and signboards of the shops in front of the CRPF school were damaged by the impact of the blast …During inspection, a white powder was found scattered near the site and senior officials were informed about the situation. Team, FSL Rohini, BDT, NDRF, NSG, fire department and SWAT were informed and from the investigation done so far, it was found to be a case of explosion due to an unknown explosive substance. And prima facie an offense has been registered u/s 326 (G) BNS, Section 3, Explosive Substances Act and Section 4, Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act…”
Information revealed in investigation
If Delhi Police sources are to be believed Delhi Police has written a letter to Telegram Messenger asking for information about the Telegram channel ‘Justice League India’. Following the blast outside the CRPF school in Prashant Vihar, Rohini yesterday, the channel shared a post on the incident along with CCTV footage of the blast. Police are also seeking information from other social media platforms. Telegram has not yet given any reply to Delhi Police. The investigation is ongoing, the name of any organization has not yet been revealed in connection with the blast. All aspects are being investigated.
