Union Textiles Minister Giriraj Singh has announced his plan to launch ‘Hindu Swabhiman Yatra’ from October 18 to 22. The purpose of this yatra is to urge the Hindu community to remain united and oppose division on the basis of caste. Singh accused leaders like Congress MP Rahul Gandhi of trying to divide Hindus on the basis of caste. He said that I will start ‘Hindu Swabhiman Yatra’ to raise awareness among Hindus, because leaders like Rahul Gandhi want to divide us on the basis of caste.

BJP’s Faig Brand leader said that Hindu Swabhiman Yatra is against the atrocities on Hindus in Bangladesh. We need to unite Hindus. He said that I am going to tell Hindus that ‘Organized Hindu, Strong Hindu’. He clearly said that if you divide you will be divided. The BJP leader further commented that such divisions are not imposed on the Muslim community, suggesting that some political leaders aim to garner unanimous support from minority voters.
Referring to the plight of Hindus in Pakistan and Bangladesh, Singh also warned that if Hindus are divided, they may face challenges. “We must remain united to combat these forces. History has shown us the consequences of division,” he said. The Union Minister expressed concern over the treatment of Hindus in Bangladesh and expressed his determination to awaken the Hindu community in India.

The first phase of the journey will start from Bhagalpur. This yatra will also go to Muslim dominated Seemanchal. The first phase will end in Kishanganj on 22nd.
