Heated debate between Jagdeep Dhankhar and Mallikarjun Kharge
New Delhi: There was a huge uproar in the House on Friday over the notice of no-confidence motion against Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar. There was a heated exchange between House Chairman Dhankhar and Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge. Jagdeep Dhankhar said that I am a farmer’s son. I don’t bow down to anyone. I tolerated a lot. I respected everyone.
Responding to Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar, Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Mallikarjan Kharge said that you have flouted the Constitution. We did not come here to praise you. You run the House according to the rules. Kharge told Dhankhar that if you are the son of a farmer then we are the sons of labourers. Kharne said that if you insulted us then how can we respect you.
