The case is from Vayalikaval police station area of ​​Bengaluru. Here a young woman named Mahalakshmi, who lived on the first floor of a three-storey building on Veeranna Road, was murdered and her body was cut into pieces and kept inside the fridge.

Police investigation has revealed that 26-year-old Mahalakshmi was from another state, but was living in Bengaluru for a long time.
