Jayant Chaudhary opposed the order of 'name plate', said- Yogi government should take back the decision

Jayant Chaudhary said that it should not matter who is cooking the food. Some Muslims are vegetarian and some Hindus are non-vegetarians. Now where should we write the name? Should we start writing the name on the kurta too, so that people can shake hands or hug after seeing it?

The Uttar Pradesh government's decision to put nameplates outside shops on the Kanwar Yatra route is now being opposed even from within the NDA. Minister in the Modi government and Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) president Jayant Chaudhary today questioned the Yogi government's decision and said that the government should withdraw this order.

The RLD president who reached Muzaffarnagar said, “Our party's state president has already given a statement on this issue and this is my stand too. Everyone serves the Kanwariyas. There is no identity of the Kanwar carrier or the sevadaar. No one takes service by identifying religion or caste. This matter should not be linked to religion and caste.”

Referring to McDonald's and Burger King, Jayant Chaudhary said, “The name of the owner and the brand can be different, so everyone is writing the same name on their shops. What are McDonald's and Burger King? They are old brands, they can have one or more owners. The government has not taken this decision after much thought.”

The RLD chief also talked about Hindus and Muslims. He said that I believe that if vegetarian food is being prepared in a hotel, then only that should be prepared. It should not matter who is preparing the food. Some Muslims are vegetarian and some Hindus are non-vegetarians. Now where should we write the name? Should we start writing the name on the kurta too, so that people can shake hands or hug after seeing it?

Let us tell you that the Yogi government has ordered to put name plates outside the shops and hawkers on the Kanwar Yatra route. This year the Kanwar Yatra is starting from 22nd July. The opposition parties are strongly opposing this decision of the Yogi government, calling it a move to promote hatred. At the same time, now the parties included in the NDA have also started opposing the decision of the BJP government.
