Mahakumbh-2025: Yogi government is fully committed to making Mahakumbh-2025 a global symbol of Indian culture and unity. In this sequence, Finance and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Khanna led a grand roadshow in Delhi. Describing the Mahakumbh event as a unique celebration of India’s unity in diversity, he invited Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena, Chief Minister Atishi and the respected people there to come to Prayagraj Mahakumbh-2025.

Suresh Khanna, Minister of Finance and Parliamentary Affairs of Uttar Pradesh, said that there will be many people among you who will have the divine and grand experience of Prayagraj Kumbh-2019, whose unforgettable image as the cultural pride of India was imprinted on the world stage. . Not only this, the entire world openly appreciated the efficient management of the fair. He said that the Mahakumbh being organized this time will be more divine and grand than the previous Kumbh. There is a possibility of 45 crore pilgrims, sadhus, saints, Kalpavasis and tourists coming to Prayagraj Mahakumbh-2025. In view of this, the Uttar Pradesh government has made appropriate arrangements in a timely manner.
Resolve to make the fair environment friendly – Suresh Khanna
To make the fair environment friendly, a resolution has been taken to make Mahakumbh free from single use plastic. Under this campaign, allotment of shops of various Dona-Pattal vendors in the fair area, meeting on cleanliness with 400-school principals, Swachh Maha Kumbh initiative is being taken to 4 lakh children and citizens 5 times the population of Prayagraj. Also, under the Har Ghar Dastak campaign, the message of being free from single use plastic is being given to every home.
