Mumbai Fire News: A fire at a complex in Kurla in Mumbai affected 50 to 60 small storage units of scrap and other materials. Fire department officials gave this information. There is no report of any casualty in this incident.
However, an official said that police and fire department officials are trying to find out with the help of local people whether anyone is missing or injured in the incident. This fire incident occurred at around 6 in the morning.
The fire spread to several small units of the single-storey building located in Wajid Ali Compound in Sakinaka area of Kurla (West). The official said that 11 fire tenders were sent to the spot to extinguish the fire.
“The fire spread to scrap, iron and plastic materials, various types of machinery, furniture, electrical wires and other items stored in about 50 to 60 units,” a fire department official said.
