Biju Janata Dal (BJD) President and Leader of Opposition in Odisha Assembly Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday congratulated Omar Abdullah on becoming the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir. Omar Abdullah took oath as the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir today.
