Pakistani troops opened fire in forward posts and villages along the international border in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir. The officials gave this information on Saturday. On Saturday night, firing started at around 9.50 pm from across the border in the Pansar border outpost of Hiranagar sector, officials said on Saturday. However, Border Security Force (BSF) responded to this firing.
Officials said that the firing was going on from both the sides till 3.35 am but there was no report of any damage on the Indian side. He said Pakistani troops also opened fire for a few minutes in Gurnam and Karol Krishna border outposts.
